FSA- Diane Scheurich updated the board with a handout of deadlines. She also has been in contact with the landlord of the building about the flagpole and a few other things with the building maintenance items. Diane is still having to report attendance every day for capacity of the building guidelines. David asked about seeding a strip that is in a program since it is after April 1st. She clarified he can do that since he has seeding dates and approval to be in that area after the start of the nesting period, for him to be in compliance with the contract.
New Business
Warren County 4-H Fair- Big Tent- After the board discussed the commercial tent at the Warren County 4-H Fair, Zach motioned to approve setting up in the tent for a 10x20 size booth at $350 for the week and purchasing various promotional items for the fair such as stickers, ink pens, tote bags, rain gauges, yard sticks, and notebooks. Aaron seconded the motion, motion carried.

Mapping Solutions 2027 Plat Books- Julie informed the board of contact with Mapping Solutions for a new plat book for 2027 along with wall maps. The price would stay the same at $18 for our portion of the plat book, and $55 for the wall maps. Arbor Day and Trees/4-H Youth Livestock Event- Julie will get the correct times needed for this event and report back to the board. It currently stands the trees will be the subject to talk to the students with each group and the trees will go back to the schools for teachers to hand out as the kids get on the bus to go home. Julie has contacted the principals of the grade schools and they are all in consensus of this.
Letter- David informed the board about a letter Julie received from her doctor concerning her allergy sensitivity to perfumes and air fresheners that are being sprayed in the office and how it affects her health. After some discussion and a phone call to Nathan Stoelting, it has been recommended David, chairman, should send the doctor’s note and the letter from the Warren County SWCD Board to the Area Conservationist and District Conservationist for NRCS as well as the County Executive Director for FSA for USDA Northwest Region and the Williamsport Service Center. Aaron made a motion to send the letters via email from David, Zach seconded the motion, motion carried.
